We'll talk about what level of support makes sense for you: someone to take it all on, help with a specific project, or anything in between. You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk.
I Assess
Once we decide to move forward, I take a close look at whatever you want me to — your books, your office systems, your workflows, or all of it. You tell me where things feel off, and I'll get going from there. Whether you're starting from scratch or have systems already in place, I'll explain what I find in plain language.
We Build a Plan
