Hi, I'm glad you're here.
My name is Nina Nelson. Before starting Ledger & Label, I spent years as the controller and CFO of a mid-size corporation — managing the full financial picture, building the office infrastructure, and creating the systems and workflows that kept a growing company running smoothly at every stage. It was sophisticated, hands-on work that most small businesses never get access to. The company grew and thrived, and I like to think the structure I built had a lot to do with that.
Because I know accounting inside and out — not just one software — I can step right into whatever you're already running: QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or something else entirely, without missing a beat.
Now I want to bring all of that to small businesses — and I mean businesses of every size. Whether you're a one-person show wearing every hat, or a small business with a team starting to take shape, I meet you exactly where you are.
Need someone to take over the books entirely? I can do that. Want to build out your office systems from scratch or bring order to what you already have? That's my wheelhouse. Already have a bookkeeper or office person you love and just need some extra support? I can work alongside them too.
